These are facilities that can be bought for your cities. Keep in mind how many spaces your city has for these facilities. Small has 10 MAX, Medium has 15 MAX, Large has 18 MAX and X-Large has 22 MAX. You must have the Tier One Facility first to be able to by the Tier Two Facility. There is also the option to upgrade (useful if you run out of room , however, cannot upgrade if there isn't a tier one facility to upgrade from). Please note: Only a maximum of 2 facilities can be purchased per city in a week, and only prefects/rulers can buy (unless permission is given, if the prefect is away for example)
Tier One Facilities
Market (700G) Increase income for a prefecture by 40%
Village (700G) Increase population/troop maximum by 1000
Barracks (900G) Can now use spears, pikes and bows
Stable (1000G) Light Cavalry units can be used
Not for small cities unless in Xibei or Neibei regions
Workshop (1200G) Now have ability to use siege equipment
Harbour (1200G) You can cross through land, now you can go through water!
Obvious one. Your prefecture needs to be near water to use it
Watchtower (1500G) Protect your prefecture and be informed of enemy movements near your capital
Iron Wall (1800G) An additional wall is placed around your capital for extra defence. Higher HP than city wall
Not small prefecture
Tier Two Facilities
Trading Centre (1400G) Increases income by 60%
Large or X-Large only
Town (1400G) Increases population/troop maximum by 2,000
Garrison (1800G) You now can use more Elite, Advanced troops
Small prefecture absent
Enclosure (2000G) You are able to ultilise strong, heavy cavalry now that they have a home
Small prefecture absent
Foundry (2400G) More advanced siege equipments are now avaliable
Not small prefectures
Shipyard (2400G) You can travel, but ALOT more with more advanced ships
Near to water
Shooting Tower (3000G) Like your watchtowers, not only will there be reports but any enemy near your shooting tower, it will shoot your enemies for you. A must-have!
Outpost Defence (3600G) Wouldn't it be nice to protect your prefecture without endangering the civilians. Now you can be setting up an Outpost to repel the approaching enemy!
